I’ve lived in the area for six year after relocating with the Navy and Jeff Babb has been there for me every step of the way. As my agent, he helped me through my first home purchase. When it became time to move on, he helped me sell my house for top dollar. When I came to him to ask how I should begin to invest in real estate, he guided me through my first purchase of a rental property. As property managers, Jeff’s team is exceptional. They provide phenomenal customer service and are always on top of any issues. Whenever I have questions Candice has the answers. Babb Real Estate and the team was the best that I could ask for. I have been a client for about 10 years and through that time, struggles happen and Jeff was able to come through for me when times got tough. Also just sold my house through his team. Jeff put the property on the market in the end of June 2025, had a buyer within 48 hours and closed 31July2025.  I am still kind of shocked how fast the process went. Now that it has sold I just wanted to share my experience, Jeff and his team communicate well and often, and have a solid structure for the process which was very easy for me, the client. Jeff and his team (S/O to Angie) at Babb Real Estate are amazing! I had a few maintenance concerns upon move-in, and they were handled swiftly and professionally. Their responsiveness and commitment to quality service made the transition smooth and stress-free. I got in contact with Jeff in February to go over options since I decided to leave the area. I was hesitant to rent it out, because although there was zero doubt in his property management abilities, I didn't necessarily want to deal with the logistics of it at all, as minimal as they would be under his care. I was also hesitant to sell, because it was pretty evident that the market could experience a drastic shift at any moment. Jeff went over the pros and cons of each, in addition to offering his input based on personal knowledge and experience, and we went on the market late April. I left the area shortly after we went under contract, leaving everything in Jeff's capable hands, as he kept me informed the entire way, and consistently made certain that if there was one thing I didn't have to worry about, it was that damn house. I unfortunately won't be able to buy or sell with him anymore, but yall sure should!
